International Eaton Endurant Improved Transmissions

Description
This mod adds rear axle ratios for International trucks with Endurant HD/XD Pro transmissions:

- Transmissions:
- Endurant HD (12-speed);
- Endurant XD Pro (18-speed);

- Diff ratios:
- 2.16;
- 2.28;
- 2.47;
- 2.64;
- 2.85;
- 3.06;

- Trucks:
- LoneStar;
- LT;

- added versions with retarder.

Mod optional for Convoy.

there is no endurant 13 speed.

Please add the 13 speed for the older trucks.
