Vassals can create custom duchies

Description
I dislike that new duchy interactions have been restricted to independent rulers only, because as an independent ruler i rarely end up in a position where i want to use them.

Therefore, I’ve made a mod that allow you to use them as a vassal. However, native restrictions don’t work that well for a vassal, since they take away liege’s agency. So I decided that as a vassal you would have to utilize political leverage. Enjoy!

This mod tends to crash for me with current version, also say for eg im king of england and I give my family member land that I would want to make a duchy and switch and make said duchy what would I lose? Also anyway to add this to kingdoms as well maby even add a version with 0 restrictions on forming duchy and kingdoms

Thank you for this - very useful! A question I had, would it be possible in case AI is taking the decision to replace the hook requirements with implementing a player liege veto event?
