人民解放军的第一辆坦克-功臣号！
功臣号坦克，是人民军队1945年11月从沈阳日本关东军坦克修理厂缴获的中国人民解放军装甲兵历史上的第一辆坦克。该坦克为日本研制的97式中型坦克改型，装备1式47毫米口径火炮1门，97式7.7毫米口径机枪2挺，乘员4人，装甲厚度10～25毫米，战斗全重约15吨，发动机功率149.2千瓦，最大速度40千米/时。1945年12月1日，人民军队第一支坦克部队——东北坦克大队宣布成立，该坦克加入人民军队序列，编号“102”。该坦克先后参加了三下江南、攻打锦州、解放天津等战役战斗。在1948年攻打锦州作战中，董来扶等驾驶该坦克孤军冲向敌军阵地，消灭敌军火力点多处，为步兵扫除了前进障碍。因战功突出，战后此辆坦克被命名为“功臣号”，全体乘员记集体三等功，驾驶员董来扶和机枪手吴佩龙荣立一等功。1949年10月1日中华人民共和国开国大典时，董来扶驾驶“功臣号”坦克作为坦克方阵的首车，率先通过天安门广场，接受党和国家领导人的检阅。该坦克现收藏于中国人民革命军事博物馆
The First Tank of the People's Liberation Army - the "Merit Tank"!
The "Merit Tank" is the first tank in the history of the Armored Forces of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, captured from the tank repair factory of the Japanese Kwantung Army in Shenyang in November 1945. It is a modified version of the Japanese Type 97 medium tank, equipped with one Type 1 47mm cannon, two Type 97 7.7mm machine guns, a crew of 4, armor thickness of 10-25mm, a combat weight of approximately 15 tons, an engine power of 149.2 kW, and a maximum speed of 40 km/h
On December 1, 1945, the People's Army's first tank unit - the Northeast Tank Battalion - was established, and this tank was incorporated into the People's Army with the serial number "102". It participated in battles such as the Three Attacks on Jiangnan, the Capture of Jinzhou, and the Liberation of Tianjin. During the 1948 battle to capture Jinzhou, Dong Laifu and others drove the tank alone into enemy positions, destroying multiple enemy firing points and clearing obstacles for infantry advancement. For its outstanding military achievements, the tank was named the "Merit Tank" after the war, the entire crew was awarded a collective third-class merit, and driver Dong Laifu and machine gunner Wu Peilong were awarded first-class merits.
On October 1, 1949, during the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China, Dong Laifu drove the "Merit Tank" as the lead vehicle of the tank formation, leading the procession through Tiananmen Square to be reviewed by the Party and state leaders. The tank is now housed in the Chinese People's Revolution Military Museum.
