Domicile For Everyone - Real Freedom Really Landless Edition

This mod is a minimum implementation to give Estates for every government without domicile.
Place it below Real Freedom Really Landless Mod which is a requirement for this mod.
There is a rule to decide who can get extra Estates.
New Game is recommended or it will take some time for it to become active.
If you choose Domicile for all then do expect a little lag when starting a new game because it will scan the entire game and hand out the domiciles to everyone.

Real Freedom Really Landless is required for this mod to function correctly, load this mod below Real Freedom Really Landless in your playlist.

This mod is a work in progress as I will be adding onto it and am working on giving Barons and Landless Characters also a real home but that is for the long run for now it was important to make it work with my freedom mod.
