Mobility was heavily nerfed during the beta test pre-release to the point of dash option barely doing anything, and some of them getting an air option needed. ALso, only 1 of his downward aerials has a groundbounce. Literally only one. What "moveS" that can easily bounce and launch downwards are you talking about?
And I will also enlighten you: if you miss your burst, you can easily lose 75% of your hp against any character. It is just the nature of this game.
Like, Kaede was incredibly broken during beta test, and I changed about 70% of his moves. Both me and the testing team (which, mind you, consists of a few people, who are the most balance freaks in YOMIH community, such as Videofreak) think he is in a very fine spot right now.
