Heavy Tanks Improved

Removes the limits on all Heavy Tanks as well as the fuel drain of the King Tiger and adds new abilities to them.

Additionally it adds several new units such as the Nashorn Tank Destroyer, Hummel Self-Propelled Artillery, Panzer IV/Panther Command Tank, 251/20 Halftrack with the Pak 40 and Famo 18-tonne recovery vehicle for the Wehrmacht, Comet Cruiser tank, Cromwell Command Tank and Churchill Armoured Recovery Vehicle for the British, the M28 Black Jack Experimental Assault Tank for the US along with a Sherman Command Tank, Sherman Crocodile and M36B1 Jackson Tank Destroyer for them as well while the DAK get a Command Tiger and the Bison Self-Propelled Artillery.
