The Noise Remaster / Remake (Character)

The noisiest gremlin skates his way into the fray!
Credits:

Moveset:
Neutral special - Noise kicks a bomb which explodes on contact.
Side special - Noise brings out his jetpack and rockets forward.
Up special - Noise once again uses his jetpack but this time to rocket upwards.
Down special - a weak counter that is easy to land due to its long counter time.
Down special (mid-air) - Noise preforms some kung fu and dashes forward.
Final smash - Noise becomes SUPER NOISE and dashes forward, if he hits someone he throws a ton of bombs at them.
Emotes - Noise has multiple emotes depending on what direction your holding.
