Allahu akbar sound replacer

Description
Replaces most of the insurgent responses with Allahu akbar and various other arabic phrases straight from real combat.

If the mod does not work automatically type "SND_restart" into the console.

Not really, unless I were to get more recorded voices. I wasn't able to find any more good ones, as they usually have a lot of background noise.
