"3DS Max and use the games models as reference they have a max file in the tools folder
Humans, Vests* and Animations need to be rigged to the Armature/Skeleton which the Blender plugin cant export.
*Vests can be made in blender if you attach it to the spine bone similar to how helmets are attached to the head but the vest wont follow anything other than the spine meaning some actions can clip through the chest with some animations"
Unfortunately, in this version online I can either enable all vests, or restrict them. As people kinda made it a big deal about the vests being restricted, I gave them what they wanted.
