A Standalone Nuclear Power Mod

This is a standalone port of the nuclear power system (and uranium) from Endgame Research

What this mod does is add in an endgame-tier research for nuclear power and uranium refining. One nuclear power plant (in most cases) is enough to power your whole base for several ingame years, making it the best possible power source. Due to FCS limitations, there's no meltdowns, radiation, or waste.

• Uranium dust is obtained from sifting stones. Unprocessed uranium (in real life) is relatively common, but only in small quantities. It must be processed into nuclear fuel pellets before one can begin using it. It takes 10 dust to make one pellet.
• Nuclear fuel pellets, which are used to create fuel rods, can be obtained from non-drifter skeletons (to dissuade murder hobos) and hostile skeletons. Skeletons drop 8 pellets by default, and it takes 24 pellets to make a fuel rod.
• Nuclear fuel rods can be obtained from iron spiders, security spiders, cleanser units, and crimpers. Fuel rods are used to create fuel assemblies, which serve as the core to nuclear power plants. Iron spiders drop one rod, cleanser units drop 4, and crimpers (like King) drop 6. It takes 16 rods to make an assembly.
• Nuclear fuel assemblies are rare, but can occasionally be obtained from ancient labs. One fuel assembly can provide a total of 10k power for 450 ingame days. This is the equivalent to 4.5 ingame years.

Due to these item drops, there is even more incentive for going to the Ashlands, given the large amounts of skeletons, iron spiders, and cleanser units. Occassionally, however, fuel rods and pellets can be looted as placed items from the hi-tech and mid-tech part loot pools, or purchased from trade goods shops. Assemblies must still be crafted, however.
