[Challenge] Ultra April Fool 终极愚人节

这个模组融合了一部分愚人节挑战和终极困难挑战。每个boss都将被替换为双目，每个怪物都有变异，同时一整局不会自然生成血量资源。此外，我还向其中加入了众多恶意改动，全都是我绞尽脑汁想出来的，还请好好品鉴。可以在这里说明的恶意改动如下：
1.加入了一些错误的已知信息
2.所有东西都想杀了你
3.修改了一部分续航道具和防御道具的效果
4.修改了一些贴图，希望你眼神比较好
5.Skill issues

This mod combines elements of April Fools' Day challenge and Ultra Hard. Additionally, I've added numerous malicious modifications, all carefully crafted by me,wish you enjoy your experience.

Mod Requirements:
1.Newest version of Repentogon is required as a prerequisite.
2.After installation, enter the Custom Challenges section in the challenge menu to find this challenge.

Mod Introduction:
This mod combines elements of both an April Fools' Day challenge and ultimate difficulty. Every boss is replaced with Bloat, every monster spawns as a champion, and hearts of any kind will not appear on this run. In addition, I’ve added numerous malicious modifications, all carefully designed by me—enjoy the experience. The openly acknowledged malicious changes include:
1.Added some incorrect known information.
2.Everything wants to kill you.
3.Modified the effects of certain sustain and defensive items.
4.Changed some textures—hope your eyesight is good.
5.Skill issues.

Also, I've hidden plenty of Easter eggs in this mod. Feel free to explore and uncover them :)
