The following changes have been made.

1. Some famous cities have received their characteristic skins:
China: Beijing, Guangzhou, Lhasa (Is urbanization really going to be carried out here just to take a look at the special picture?)
Russia: Ingria
UK: London
Greece: Constantinople
Germany: Berlin
Japan: Kanto, Kansai, Tohoku
Vietnam: Mekong
Korea: Busan

2. General urbanization changes for Europe.

3. Add unique universal urbanization pictures specific to the Japanese region.

4. Add unique general urbanization pictures for the Chinese region (following Paradox's definition of the Chinese region, only including South China and North China).

5. Add unique common urbanization pictures for the Korean region (shared with Northeast China due to strategic area issues).
