Actions can encompass almost any interaction by characters. Not everything is an Action, but everything can be.

The systems are divided into tabs due to different classifications.
Check out Ylvapedia for the difference between abilities and spells.
Actions are a little harder to explain...

In the recent nightly build 181, the getter for the property reference is broken due to a change in the method name in the Biograph class. Simply rebuilding it should resolve the issue.
