removes the cost of ANYTHING. i love capitalism
there are some things which still cost 1 gold/legacy point etc, i cant do anything about that and you have to cry to lukasz about it. also a lot of things can take 0 days but it breaks the game massively so i decided not to.
also mercenaries are meta and the ai knows this, so be careful

yeah the ai can use it guys, and theyre really strong because they spam mercenaries. i dont think theres a way to make it so they cant lol. just beware that mercenaries exist and theyre op
