Adds new rarity tiers to caught fish.

• Odds for rarities:
  
  • Superior: 1/10 (10% chance)
    
  • Legendary: 1/80 (1.25% chance)
    
  • Mythical: 1/250 (0.4% chance)
    
  • Artifact: 1/1000 (0.1% chance)
    
• Fully compatible with base game fishing mechanics.
  

The rarity of caught fish depends on a dice roll system influenced by player luck:

• Higher player luck grants additional rolls, taking the highest value to improve odds of rare catches.
  

This mod works with existing save files.
