Updated to 1.9

This mod reworks some of the industries. For example, it breaks down engines into steam, electric, and combustion engines, adds engine consumption to many production methods, and adds a large number of advanced technologies and goods including electronics, software, aerospace, and tourism.

New Goods:
Engines: combustion engines, electric motors, aerospace engines.
Manufacturing Equipment: Machine Tools (produced by tool factory pm), Electronics Manufacturing Equipment,construction machine,machine part
Chemicals: plastics
Nuclear industry: uranium ore, low-enriched uranium, highly enriched uranium
Energy industry: batteries, solar panels
Electronics: chips, radar, consumer computers, industrial computers, industrial robots, consumer robots, cell phones, GPUs
Vehicle industry: tractors, electric vehicles, electric vehicle services (local goods, consumed by urban centers with electric vehicles and electric car service output, equivalent to oil vehicle replacement, if provinces don't have electricity they can't consume electric vehicles)
Aerospace industry: aluminum, jet aircraft
Aerospace industry: missiles, rockets, satellites
Software industry: software, computing power, data, artificial intelligence models
Tourism industry: tourism services (local services converted by tourist attractions, local services converted by tourism agent), flight services

New buildings: automobile factories, crawler factories, airports, oil refineries, travel agencies, tourist attractions, electronic equipment factories, chip factories, computer factories, robot factories, battery factories, rocket factories, satellite factories, software development factories, data centers

New companies: vehicle companies, electronic parts companies, mechanical assembly companies, space companies, software companies

New pop: Programmer, Software Engineer

As many new goods are produced by original buildings to minimize the number of new buildings (e.g. plastics are produced by the original chemical synthesis factory), the performance consumption will not increase too much in the late game.


The original engine, renamed steam engine, will be gradually replaced by internal combustion engines (mainly used in transportation vehicles) and electric motors (mainly used in factory production) in the later stages (in addition to coal- and oil-fired power plants that also use a small number of steam engines). To better simulate the rise of oil and electricity in the second industrial revolution, which eliminated the old steam engine chain.

Crawler machine factories can produce tractors and tanks, simulating the relationship between the two historically.



Advanced automated production methods consume electric motors, and late farm production methods using tractors consume tractors. Both not only reduce manpower but also increase throughput.

航天产业:导弹,火箭,卫星
软件产业:软件,算力,数据,人工智能模型
旅游业:旅游服务(由旅游景点把本地服务转化而成,旅游中介再把旅游服务转化成本地服务),飞行服务

新增建筑:汽车厂,履带机器厂,机场,战略资源精炼厂,旅游中介,旅游景点,电子设备厂,芯片厂,计算机厂,机器人厂,电池厂,火箭厂,卫星厂,软件开发厂,数据中心

新增公司:载具公司,电子零件公司,机械组装公司,航天公司,软件公司

新增pop:程序员,软件工程师

由于不少新货物是由原版建筑生产尽可能减少新建筑数量(例如塑料由原版化学合成厂生产),后期性能消耗不会增加太多。


原版发动机改名蒸汽机,在后期会被内燃机(主要用在交通载具)和电动机(主要用在工厂生产)逐渐取代(除了燃煤和燃油发电厂还要用少量蒸汽机)。更好的模拟二次工业革命石油和电力的崛起淘汰了旧时代蒸汽机产业链

履带机器厂可以生产拖拉机和坦克,模拟历史上两者的关系。



高级自动化生产方式消耗电动机,农场后期使用拖拉机的生产方式消耗拖拉机。两者不止减少人手还增加吞吐量.

@mackerel 我在图片描述后面又加了一张图,到大后期像日本这种承接了大量手机生产的发达工业国会依赖宗主国的设备和芯片

@mackerel 电子设备厂默认生产雷达,要解锁电子制造设备科技才可以有相关的pm,就是故意把它放在更后面的科技解锁,那样哪怕ai也解锁了计算机工厂也要从科技更先进的玩家进口设备模拟卡脖子(不要指望解锁了计算机科技就可以直接生产了)。履带机械厂的pop可能以后改,不用劳工pop也是想减少后期pop的数量改善性能

还有,你这电子设备厂怎么不生产电子制造设备,害我计算机工厂生产不出东西来,是不是漏写什么东西了?以及履带机械厂为什么只招工程师不招技工或劳工?难道说打螺丝全是工程师在做吗?好奇怪啊:steammocking:

@mackerel 这mod的逻辑就是用尽量少的建筑生产足够多货物,不然后期建筑太多性能会卡很多

Your mod is realy great, but you should maybey change the tags in the workshops so its shown in the technology tab
