Vanilla+ Mod.

- Reworked the Vanilla Idea Groups to become more specialized. Some now exclude eachother, such as Quality and Quantity, Trade and Maritime, Economic and Infrastructure, as well as Humanist and Religious.
- Leader Personalities (Generals and Admirals) are extremely buffed to make their traits actually matter.
- Policies Rebalanced.
- State Edicts Buffed and Rebalanced.
- Trading Policies Buffed.
