Description
Use this version with my expansion USA file where San Diego joins a year after game start (2024). Minor changes to Leagues Cup knockout hosting in CONCACAF for realism. In 2024, this adds an extra 3-team group for San Diego and the 2 teams who previously had byes. In 2025, it uses the new format and onward like that.
