Oh right I never revealed it to the public, I'm keeping this up as a Legacy edition of TO. I'm going to wait until Iberian Twilight comes out to begin work on a new version of Third Odyssey. Mainly because I've exited the headspace required to update any of my mods, but also because when I attempted to code an update for TO, the lag was horrendous and that scared me.

I think I have figured out the issue. I believe the problem is the change to diplomacy with the addition of treaties. Which means I'm going to have to make a new version of the mod update it.

The game works very well for 1.8.7, or before the commerce update (I think 1.9>). I don't know when I can update the game and that is fine, I only really play Victoria 3 for this mod.
