Slower Time Warp

Description
Changes the available time speeds from x1, x2, x4, and x16 to x0.25, x1, x4, and x16.

Great mod.

It'd be great to get a 0.5x setting. 0.25x is a bit too slow!

FYI the default speeds are x1 x3 x6 and x20

IMO the slow motion should maybe stay 0.33 or 0.4. It's a little bit too low at the moment, have to go back and forth. Otherwise maybe have like a variant "Slower Time Warp - Alternative Speeds"? Anyway appreciace the mods work, thank you.

Joke's on you gamers with setups! I have a slow processer and 8 gigabytes of ram, and 6 gigs are always being taken up by spotify grammerly and 2 essential windows services. My game already runs at 0.5 speed at max throttle XD
