Can someone help me becouse i instaled everything corectly got repentagon and all that but the items from the mod give me the outfit change but not the efect

I swear, when i read the description, my dumb brain just thought of the burger king meme with the "I'll have two character's, and two... MORE character's."

Hmm... Do you have CuerLib installed and turned on? Without it the mod doesn't work.
If you do, it's much weirder, might be incompatibility with something...

1023051439 Yeah, that's a known issue that will be fixed in the next update. It's caused because I foolishly manually change Isaac's stats instead of doing it through the cache. Rookie mistake, lol

Creeper undies will significantly reduce the game frame rate, by about half

Perhaps the time interval for updating his state should be reduced
