Change Liege Faith/Government

This mod gives you the decisions to change your liege's faith to match yours, or their government type to one of the available options (feudal, clan, tribal, administrative, theocratic, and republic). If your liege is administrative, when you change their faith, you will also change the state faith to yours. If your liege is the head of faith, you can't change their faith, and if your liege is a theocratic head of faith, these decisions are not available to you.

I originally wanted to make this mod one where you can form factions to accomplish these effects. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that modding factions is really difficult. I may still make that faction mod in the future, but for now, this is the compromise for a quick and easy change to your liege.
