Moves the Russian national team into Asian competitions, shifting Northern Marianas to the OFC to make room, and shunts Russian clubs into the AFC Champions League (which also includes updated prize money). The Russian clubs are still hard-coded to play in neutral venues and with the national team as unmanageable, this mod does not attempt to correct that, which may be a future project merging it with one of those mods that changes Russia to USSR so they're active again.
