1337 Project Ceasar

Description
This mod is based in parts from Tinto Maps from Project Ceasar.
I used only vanilla tags, missions, map.
I used parts from mod 1356 to add new: age, institutions, technologies and some events;
Used too my another mod CK2 Religions to add new denominations, and bigger UI to better UI view.

I am not changed china and india regions, but I will modifier this regions on future update.
Africa is partially changed.

You might want to actually do Mercantilsm, since Renaissance is very early in this mod.

I found an easier way to slow down colonization. Just make a copy of the vanilla idea groups file, put it in common/ideas. Under exploration and expansion put

trigger = {
is_institution_enabled = renaissance
}


this will make it so that you can only pick these up after renaissance is enabled.

@GSS An easy "fix" would be to just push idea groups to be later (first starting at adm lvl 10 for example)

One issue with this mod is that nations colonize WAY too early. In my game, Spain and Portugal were in the new world before 1400.
