Scrafty

Description
Scrafty, The Hoodlum Pokemon, coming from the streets of Unova.

(Moxie Ability)
Scrafty has the gimmick of Moxie, where whenever he scores a kill, his attack increases.

Moveset:

Specials:
Neutral Special (Focus Punch): Scrafty charges a slow and powerful punch, also sending him forward a little bit. This move is incredibly slow and easily punishable but can send opponents. With moxie, this move sends Scrafty forward more.

Forward Special (Head Smash): Scrafty lunges forward in a powerful headbutt, doing recoil damage after hitting an opponent, also sending Scrafty backwards. With moxie, this move sends Scrafty farther.

Up Special (High Jump Kick): Scrafty jumps upward knee-first, doing decent damage. With moxie, this moves goes higher.

Down Special (Upper Hand): Scrafty attacks with his palm, stunning the opponent. Allowing for a follow-up move. With moxie, this move stuns for a little longer.

_____________________________________________________________________________________________

Normals:

Jab (Headbutt): A simple, fast, headbutt.
Ftilt (Brick Break): A two hit chop with Scrafty's hand.
Utilt: A quick tail swipe upwards, good combo starter.
Dtilt: Another headbutt, this time though, his hair becomes spiky. This move sends him forward a minuscule amount.
Dash Attack (Double Edge): Basically his Fspecial but weaker.

Strongs:
Fstrong (Throat Chop): A slow, strong chop to the opponent's throat. Has a sour spot on his arm, and a sweet spot at his fist.
Ustrong (Lash Out): Two slow upward slashes, each strike sending Scrafty up. The two hits can connect at lower percents.
Dstrong (Low Sweep): A low sweep to the ground, sends opponents upwards.

Aerials:
Nair (Snarl): A multi-hit move. Keeps Scrafty in the air for a period of time.
Fair: Yet another headbutt. This move is a slow spiking move.
Uair: An uppercut, good at securing kills at high percents.
Dair: A flurry of kicks, sending the opponent towards Scrafty. A good combo starter.
Bair: A swift, powerful elbow jab.

- High Jump Kick should have a sweetspot at the end of the move

- Head Smash and Double Edge are way too spammable. They both need more endlag and should do more recoil damage.
- Fair isn't slow enough and needs more starting lag
- Dair should be faster.

a bit on the weak side, but i love him too much to care. would love to see buffs to the neutral b and down/up smash pre-moxie

i feel like this character needs more hitlag overall, it doesn't feel like any of the strong moves are actually strong

I buffed it in the most recent update

I know the neutral special is trying to be a falcon punch, but it lacks knockback, making it not worth using.

This is such an improvement from charizard, not to say that one was bad, but this one already feels much more polished from release! That aside, with close combat already having scrafty, I'm shocked but pleasently surprised to see this unique interpretation, it's a pretty neat character!
