Martian Express - No Track Collision

Description
Allows to ignore collisions between track sections and some terrain obstacles.
It doesn't simulate the full-fleged mechanics of interconnection but it's possible to play with more complex networks now.

There could be some graphic glitches when the trains are passing by terrain obstructions, but nothing serious.
