中国第二历史档案馆是集中保管中华民国时期（1912—1949）历届中央政权及其直属机构档案的中央级国家档案馆，是国家历史文献保护的重要场所。
项目位于江苏省南京市，总建筑面积约8.88万平方米，建设内容包括档案库房、对外服务、办公和武警用房，智能化工程等。新馆投用后，将作为中央直属的国家级档案馆使用，成为南京市地标性“城市客厅”，更好地为党和国家中心工作服务，为人民群众服务。

The Second Historical Archives of China is a central-level national archives that centrally preserves the archives of the previous central government and its directly affiliated institutions during the Republic of China (1912-1949). It is an important place for the protection of national historical documents.
The project is located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, with a total construction area of ​​approximately 88,800 square meters. The construction content includes archive warehouses, external services, office and armed police buildings, and intelligent engineering. After the new museum is put into use, it will be used as a national archives directly under the central government and become a landmark "city living room" in Nanjing to better serve the central work of the party and the state and the people.
