exit and relaunch steam so your pc gets the latest download for both ATS and the mod
make sure you both have the same mod load order also

i cant join my friends server because it is showing wrong version, how do i update it?

every time, this mod does work on 1.53. if you have any issues with it, you gotta tell me what it is because it works fine for me.
this mod has to be placed above all other mods that affect economy data (such as promods)
