I actually agree these tiles don't fit well. But the process of changing it in the asset editor, creating new tooltip/thumbnail/preview and photos and uploading the files can take 30 minutes at least.
Instead, people can just use the BOB mod and change/hide these tiles in 30 seconds in-game.
**As far as the texture under the pergolas, even something simple like a concrete curb (like found in some parking lots) around the border, might be enough to differentiate the 2 texturers and be a little less drastic of a transition; but honestly, I personally wouldn't even notice the difference once placed into a city and focused on actually playing the game.
Ultimately, create sh*t however you want.
Everyone else *should* be thankful; else they can move on to the next one.
About night clubs: I can't make buildings because I have zero knowledge of 3D modelling or graphic software. Can only detail existing ones.
And I don't say this to be negative, like I said, I think you've done a great job with the assets you've uploaded.
As a graphic designer and part time architect, I wanted to share an honest critique before the npc's throw misguided compliments your way.
You want a real challenge.. Design a nightclub that is realistic, all the nightclubs in the workshop for cities skylines are out-dated and look like trash. The key is do the windows at night realistic, too many assets have just a solid yellow rectangle, it was fine for 2015 and 2016, but NOT now in 2024.
Remember how the windows are rendered at night are a key to a realistic asset. And yes, this is a serious post.
