Description
Changes boss rush to be 8 waves of 4 bosses rather than 15 waves of 2 bosses.

@otto, this is not compatible with FF bossrush since they both alter ambush.xml file.

The filepath for Fiend Folio's ambush.xml is: Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\fiendfolio-reheated_2851063440\resources

Changing the number of waves and spawns per wave is just a matter of changing the values of numWaves="15" spawnsPerWave="2"
