Description
This mod guarantees that loyal subjects can be annexed with a 100% success chance. They won't have a minimum 25% chance to suicide against you in goofy, pointless RNG diploplays. This brings Vic3 more in line with other Paradox games like HoI4, EU4, I:R, and Stellaris.

It does this by changing 3 things:

First, it removes the 75% chance cap subjects have to accept annexation. It goes all the way to 100% now.

Second, it increases the value that loyal subjects are willing to accept annexation by from +75 to +750.

Third, it increases the acceptance value of annexation from +100 to +200 scaled at 0 liberty desire.

Vassal annexations now revolve around simply lowering liberty desire for smaller subjects, and getting larger subjects to have the "loyal" attitude. This can be a bit finnicky; usually <25 LD and +50 relations is enough to get them "loyal", but sometimes they'll still have the "aloof" attitude. If this is the case, bankrolling them up to +80 relations and getting their LD to 0 should do the trick.

I've updated the mod so you should now be able to annex colonies

Sometimes subjects can be weird and they'll just refuse to change to loyal for a bit, although waiting should fix this eventually. However, I've also boosted the acceptance value for annexation at very low LD from +100 to +200.

I love this mod, this is how the base game should be. On the 1.8.6 patch I've been having a problem where my subjects are at 0 Ld and 100 relations but will not flip to loyal, any ideas why?

Update would be appreciated as this mod makes it so you can't annex the new Colony subject type

has_diplomatic_pact = { who = root type = colony }

Is needed in the diplomatic plays txt file.

also please keep the ability to not gain the 0.2 Liberty desire on subject agreeing to be annexed its awful and ruins subject play.

@Aaronthelemon this may be a bit late but still. Here is how to change the value that loyal subjects are willing to accept annexation. Download this mod and search for it in your launcher. The easiest way to do this is probably to put it in a playset. Then click on the three dots that appear when you hover over a mod. Then click on show in folder. Then click on the common folder and then on the defines folder. Open the folder and edit the value to on of your liking. For editing the cap chance for annexiation go to common and then diplomatic_plays . Open the file and scroll down to ai_acceptance_max = 100 editing that should edit the annexiation chance cap.

Kinda stupid we can't do it 100% in the base game. Great mod.
