Malaya Expanded: Rise of Malacca

Description
An alt-history mod where Malacca never fell to the Portuguese and became a dominant power in South-East Asia.

Features:
- A new formable country
- 5 new regions

Future Plans:
- Dynamic flags
- Dynamic country colors
- Events and flavors
- Journal entries

I'm not a programmer and i'm still learning how to mod. But if you have any idea on how to expand this mod, do let me know. Also do leave a feedback.

Special thanks to Kikko as I incorporated some part of his " Kikko's Formable and Releasable Nations " mod into this project.

@RejectedAustrianPainter I just rebalanced Malacca's economy, hopefully this will fix the crippling deficit issue. Also you might want to remove subsidies on the railways, i haven't yet figured out a way to disable the subsidy by default

impossible to play start with -200k+ please fix
