Charged Flare Bombs

Description
Adds a new object, the Charged Flare Bomb. Unlike the usual Flare Bombs, this one explodes immediately after use. It can be crafted from a lantern as Artificer.

You're free to use this object in your regions or for anything else you'd like to do with them!

@qt.pi LB's Entity Pack is open source, you could definitely reference it to make gourmand crafts. The tricky part would be figuring out what recipe you would want.
