NOTE: This mod was not made by me, but I adopted it for version 1.7 (original mod link)

A GUI Cheat Menu for Victoria 3.



Some basic features are included. Like adding and removing gold from treasury, adding extra authority to your country etc.

It breaks Laissez faire for me. The game just doesn't queue any buildings to build.

the original mod was actually fixed the same day as the 1.7 update on 25 June.
