Description
Mod that allows you to visit the Starry Sept in Oldtown more than once, as well as shortens the cooldown to 10 years.

It modifies common\activities\activity_types\adult_education

Works by removing the adding of the character flag that you've been to a university, so only works on a ruler that hasn't been there before.
