Beskrivelse
Fixes a bug as Beelzebub with Shell games, where there is a frame where Isaac can take damage from the Attack Fly before it turns into a Blue Fly

Yep, if you have Skatole, it will work the same way. Obviously won't turn them into blue flies, but it will turn them into harmless flies before you can get hurt.
