Viltrumite Empire (3.14)

Description
This mod adds two new traits, new edicts, a new army, the scourge virus, and a feature for armies on planets.

The three new traits are:
- Part Viltrumite: Makes the species slightly stronger than the average species. And it allows for purging of your empire.
- Pure Viltrumite: Makes the species's armies insanely strong, allowing for massive damage to planets being attacked and to fleets bombarding the planet holding said army. Also buffs mineral production, due to physical strength. Lastly they have 100% habitability on all planet types.
- Thraxan Descent: Allows for fast growth of pops, but also has the downside of short leader lifespans.

The new edicts for empires is:
- The great purge: This edict is only available for empires with the Part Viltrumite trait. It changes all pops from Part Viltrumite to Pure viltrumite, but it also kills about half of your pops throughout your empire.
(NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ACTIVATING IN LATE GAME)
- Create Scourge Virus: this edict is only available to empires with a pop that has any viltrumite trait. This will use their DNA to make the scourge virus, which can be deployed to kill on pop from empires with pops with the viltrumite traits.
- Quarantine/Unquarantine: the former will sacrifice resources (INCLUDING 20 energy credits per month) for the safety of your pops from the scourge virus. Unquarantine will reverse this decision, allowing on pop to die per month, but keeps your resources.

The new army is:
-A Viltrumite Squad: While only being available to empires with the Pure Viltrumite Trait, these armies have a lot of health and morale, leading to them being a very deadly foe. Also their collateral damage is high as well, so don't let them attack your planets if you have the chance. They also get more powerful the older the average viltrumite army gets.

The new event/feature is:
- the ability for viltrumite armies on planets to fight back at bombarding fleets, slowly hurting their hull over time in regards to their strength. This feature happens every day, so watch bombardments closely.

idk i might update it to the newest version, not sure. I haven't been playing much stellaris lately, and i'm not acclimated to the changes in 4.0.

DankMatter, it does not work in 4.0 because of all the changes, so that might be why.
