Delirium Fix

Description
I rewrote the entire Delirium AI to make it more fair.

Now compatible with Improved & Reworked Foes!

Key differences
- No more telefragging! Delirium cannot teleport too close to you. (Bosses like Mama Gurdy can never teleport directly below you and instantly damage you when they fly to the top of the room.)

- Bosses no longer move at supersonic speeds! They no longer move faster as Delirium loses health; only their animation speed is increased. This also helps preventing telefragging. (Can be changed in config)

- No more undodgeable attacks! Certain boss patterns have been individually adjusted so they are dodgeable (for example, mom stomp animation will never be sped up and mom will never fire projectiles before reaching the ground, so you can always react to the stomps).

- More visible explosive shots! Delirium's explosive shots are now bright yellow/green so you can easily see them. (Can be changed in config)



Config
Use Mod Config Menu Pure to change the config!

Yellow Explosives: If this setting is on, the explosive shots will be changed to yellow instead of green to better match the Delirium color scheme.

Increase Delirium Max Movement Speed: (EXPERIMENTAL) If this setting is on, Delirium will gain max movement speed as he loses health. Note that it is not possible to simply apply a multiplier to enemy movement speed in a mod, so workarounds are used. This option still needs more playtesting to be balanced.

The purpose of this mod is not to rework Delirium, but simply to make it more fair while mostly retaining the vanilla feel. This mod does not disable achievements.

Hey @Volensia, are you aware of New Delirium Forms? If so, did you ask Ping for permission to include their Bumbino, Reap Creep and The Pile sprites from New Delirium Forms in Delirium Fix?

Doesn't Delirium tank like, a lot more now? Could be just me, this boss has always been such a pain to wear down so it's hard to tell. Anyways, thanks a lot for your effort trying to turn such badly designed boss into a fair challenge!

My only complaint is that it seems like the delirium fight takes much much longer to complete in comparison to vanilla (and the vanilla fight was already rather tedious). Something about its boss armor makes it so that any build, op or not, takes absolutely ages to go through his health, which I don't believe was as bad when I fought him back in rep's release.
