***This is a rebalancing of the original “Neverr's Mods - Expanded Hero traits 2.0”, with nerfs or simple value changes, but out of respect didn't change much, here are the changes:

1. Reduced strength of skills such as Phoenix Blood (affects only units in the army and is mutually exclusive with other powerful skills)
2. Fixed bugs such as superior instincts skills not working. 3. Overall adjustment of skill damage to balance, e.g. Magic V damage and accuracy are increased by 10%. Supreme Mage damage increased by 15%, accuracy increased by 20%, etc.
4. Adjust the probability of AI choosing these powerful skills, before almost AI does not choose, now moderate!
