An update to the Praia theme.
Changed the texture of the grass.
Changed Ruined textures.
Reworked sand and road texture.

It's a new theme, you don't need theme mixer with the old praia theme. I've changed the grass texture and ruined texture, and scaled down the sand texture and the asphalt.
