Hive Assimilator Mod

Description
Hive Assimilators!

This mod introduces the 'Hive Assimilator' Civid for Gestalt biological empires. Hive Assimilators are the hive mind equivalent of machine assimilators, with a necroids-inspired twist.

Inspired by the Flood from Halo, Warcraft's Sporemounds or the Cordyceps infection from the Last of Us, play as a Plantoid or Fungoid hive mind that absorbs other species and turns them into mindless zombies. Zombie pops work the mines, plow the fields, and fight in the armies of their master.

Hive Assimilators start with one species already absorbed on their homeworld and they hunger for more. They enjoy bonuses to armies and reduced starbase costs, but are not intended to be as strong as Devouring Swarms. They may also use the raiding bombardment stance to abduct and absorb enemy pops during war.

Additional mod features:
- Bio-assimilation species rights, that allows the Hive Assimilator to turn conquered pops into zombies.
- The bio-absorption total war goal. The hive hungers!
- Zombie pops can create zombie assault armies.
- Built-in opinion malus with most other empires.

Wow, that was a a lot faster than expected. Thanks. Loving this mod so far.

I've uploaded a fix. Paradox's spaghetti code uses triggers in the most inconsistent places. Rather than re-writing the event chain I've just made Hive Assimilators slightly nicer - more Machine Assimilator than Devouring Swarm. Your RP may vary

Restarting the game gets around it, though just reloading doesn't. So not as bad as it seemed.

I found one game breaking bug. When the Galactic community is founded the civic won't let you join, which is fine, but there isn't another option. As a result it won't let you close the window. Any way around that?

Oh my goodness why isn't this in the game already!?
