Refined Upgraded Titan TVman (fanmade)

(Older version) Now with titan cameraman and titan speakerman having been heavily upgraded, titan tvman was able to keep up better then titan speakerman but he was still falling behind. To keep up, he was given tons of powerful upgrades. Now all of the titans are at the same power level, no titan is stronger then the other.
