Tsukuba Circuit II

Description
This is second version of my Tsukuba Circuit track, now without the chicane. In earlier version of this track pit AI was done badly and AI drivers injured poor pit crew members, I've fixed this also! I will also update and re-release the older Tsukuba with fixed AI pit line.
