Clean Immersive Map

Description
Updated for 1.12.4

While the vanilla map is incredibly well stylized, it is not particularly readable. Clean Immersive Map therefore preserves elements of the vanilla stylization that work well for immersion, while also making it easier to gather information at a glance. Best of both worlds!

I'm noticing that this mod seems to make the MaA placement map mode transparent. Still totally usable, but you can't tell if a holding already has a regiment until you click it. That aside, great map mod!
