Didn't think V3 would have much fanfare lol, there were some mags and mostly P:N characters left out

Sorry about any issues!!

After enabling the mod once, it'll copy all hats into
`%USERPROFILE%\Documents\DuckGame\Hats\Hat Modpacks`
or
`%APPDATA%\Roaming\DuckGame\Hats\Hat Modpacks`
and you gotta pick the hats you like and move them up to `(...)\DuckGame\Hats`
