"Kill Character" Interaction

Description
Compatible with 1.8.* and below

Cheat mod that adds a character interaction that instantly retires them.

Very unlikely to break on updates unless Paradox fundamentally changes how Character Interactions work.
Should also be compatible with any/all other mods.

Unfortunately, that's a hardcoded restriction.

Can you change it so you could kill any character? ATM you can only interact with characters in your own nation.
