Description
Adds A new faction called Guardians of Stobe, they have 1 city called Guardians of Stobe HQ, it is located at stobes body
You can also find nests owned by Guardians of Stobe located in Stobes Gaurdin and Stobes Gamble

The faction is comprised of all skeletons using what ever they had when they made the journey to stobe, they will attack any non-skeleton faction on sight
