Description

Free Archetype

This is an optional mod for my bigger mod, DawnniExpanded.

This mod will not work without DawnniExpanded.

It applies the Free Archetype variant rule to all player characters, giving them a free archetype feats at levels 2 and 4. A "none" feat exists so that you may skip taking archetype feats if you wish. It should be noted that this mod does noticeably reduce the intended difficulty of the game.

Differences from Tabletop

- You make take new dedications even without requiring to have two archetypes feats in your first archetypes. The game does not have enough levels for the limit to make sense.

So is this mod now depricated? It seems the game now supports up to level 8, and has native free archtype support

would it be possible to make the feat slots from this mod use the archetype feats in the main game as i would love to use other archetypes besides the ones in this mod like the ones now in the base game.

After the expansion It appears that the Dedications that are not native to the game, such as Archer, cannot be supported past the 4rth level.

Now that the base game has been updated to allow up to level 8, are there any plans to update this mod to match?

I'm getting an error with this with the beastmaster in particular. It basically always says you aren't fully leveled cuz the beastmaster selection stays with a question mark even after you select your preferred animal.
