I'm trying to learn him but he genuinely doesn't feel good to play at all. Maybe potentially give him a grounded hitting move? Or change one to be able to do that? I like the character concept but I feel like i'm being punished for trying to use my hyper armor, or one of my few fast moves.

is it intended for your opponent to gain a frame while your using a move with hyper armor or not because i feel like its intended for you to abuse your hyper armor but you just cant

I used my good old hitler friend here to bash a cowboys head into the ground five times with Impose and grab in multiplayer :) then I killed them with impose
