Colonize The World

Description
This mod makes all countries not in Europe colonisable. I made it so most European countries start with the required laws to get colonising. In addition, I've released some countries of the time and carved out some others to add a bit of balance and to give more starting options.

In addition, it allows you to create colonial administrations anywhere outside of Europe.

All of the 'empty' land has been merged into several super huge entities. Enjoy!

Can you please release a version with only Major powers? having tiny slices of land get taken up by these shitling countries is incredibly annoying.
